...Sometimes blaming others for our problems is easier than finding solutions. Any of us can blame our friends, parents, co-workers, family, and significant other for our lot in life. We can also blame every driver on the road of life.

Have you ever heard something similar to this? Everyone over there drives terribly, but not me. What is the source of all this blame? It is an inherent discontent with life.

Unfortunately, this usually occurs when we quietly blame ourselves for everything on a regular basis. Yoga teaches us to accept our mistakes and to accept what we cannot change.

Some people silently carry blame around with them all of their lives. Others look at past mistakes and agonize over them. Mindfulness is a universal practice, taught in Yoga classes, that will help you live for now.

Moreover, the word gymnasium is from latin which means to 'exercise nude' and yes without the constriction of clothes, you could derive a lot of benefits from executing some yoga poses without clothing, but folks, really...moderation is still of an essence.

Tantric Yoga

...ic Yoga, if successfully performed, this group of people is "A family." Are you beginning to see the overall picture here? Instead of individuals (Plural) living together, you have A (singular) family. It is the process of making more than one into one.

To actually conceive of the purpose of this practice beyond the family, we must look at the modern world as the place of duality that it is. The teachings of modern times are those of individuality. "Be yourself." "I believe in me." You get the point. These days, it is all about three people, me, myself, and I.

Perhaps if we could truly delve into the tantric teachings, we could become one family, one company, one people, one country, one continent, and yes, even one world.
